When you fill in our enrollment or contact forms, we collect information you provide directly:

• Full name and parent / guardian name
• Phone number(s) and email address
• Course preference and learning mode
• Any message or query you submit

We also automatically collect certain technical information to prevent spam and improve site reliability:

• IP address and approximate location
• Browser type, operating system, and screen resolution
• Referring URL (the page you visited before ours)
• Submission timestamp and timezone

• To process your enrollment application and contact you about admission
• To respond to your inquiries and provide academic guidance
• To send confirmation emails regarding your application status
• To prevent spam, fraud, and abuse of our website forms
• To analyse aggregate usage trends and improve our website

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for marketing purposes.

Your form submissions are stored securely in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Supabase (servers located within compliant cloud infrastructure). We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), server-side input sanitisation, and access controls.

While we take reasonable precautions, no system is 100% secure. By submitting your information you acknowledge and accept this inherent risk.

Notification emails are sent via Resend (resend.com), a transactional email service. Your email address may be processed by Resend solely for the purpose of delivering your confirmation. Resend's privacy practices are governed by their own policy at resend.com/privacy.

We retain your form submission data for up to 3 years or as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy. You may request earlier deletion (see Section 7).

Our website uses only essential session cookies required for basic functionality. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not employ third-party analytics services that collect personal data.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your personal data
• Withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing)

Many of our students are minors. We collect information about minors only through their parent or guardian, who must provide consent by submitting the enrollment form on their behalf. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information about a child without proper consent, please contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
