RACE Academy is a computer education institute founded and operated by T. Venkata Rathnam, M.Tech. (JNTU-ANTP Ratified Faculty), located at Rayachoty Road, Gate Circle, Galiveedu-516267, Annamayya Dist., Andhra Pradesh, India. We offer classroom and online courses in computer science, programming, and digital literacy for students of all ages.

By submitting an enrollment or contact form on our website, or by attending our classes, you confirm that:

• You are 18 years or older, OR you are a parent / legal guardian acting on behalf of a minor student
• You have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy
• The information you provide is accurate and complete

Submitting the online enrollment form does not guarantee admission. Admission is confirmed only after direct communication with our academic team and payment of the applicable course fee. We reserve the right to decline any application at our discretion.

Course details, batch timings, and fees are subject to change. We will communicate any changes to enrolled students in advance.

Course fees are payable at the time of confirmed admission. Fees are non-refundable after the commencement of a batch, except in cases where RACE Academy cancels or discontinues the course, in which case a full refund will be issued.

If you withdraw before the batch commences, a refund (less any administrative charges) may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

All students and website users are expected to:

• Treat instructors, staff, and fellow students with respect
• Not submit false, misleading, or spam information through our forms
• Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website or systems
• Not reproduce, distribute, or sell any course materials without written permission

Violation of this code may result in immediate removal from the course without refund.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, course materials, and video content — is the intellectual property of RACE Academy or its content providers and is protected under applicable Indian copyright law. You may not reproduce or republish any content without prior written consent.

Our website and services are provided on an “as is” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information on our website. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes or employment results from completing our courses.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RACE Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or educational services.
